All prices are shown in NOK and include VAT (MVA) as stated at checkout.

For international orders, prices do not include any local import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may be charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

We are not liable for pricing errors, typographical errors, or outdated information.


3. ORDERS

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

  • incorrect pricing
  • stock availability issues
  • payment problems

If an order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded using the same payment method.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, Klarna, Stripe).

We do not store full payment card details.

All payments must be completed before dispatch of goods.


5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, shipping method, and external carriers.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.


6. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

Customers in Norway and the EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The withdrawal period starts from the day the customer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us clearly within the deadline at info@marihetland.com.

Returned items must be unused or only handled to the extent necessary to inspect the product.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We may reduce refund amounts if the returned item is damaged, used beyond inspection, or missing original packaging.
