Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to contact us.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

The return shipping cost is covered by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Custom orders

Custom-made items, including special orders, personalized pieces, or items adjusted specifically for you, cannot be returned.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies as a custom order, please contact us before purchasing.

Sale items and gift cards

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

EU right of withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

The item must be returned in unused condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
